ACE Holds Panel on Illinois Criminal Justice and Police Reform Bill

There’s been a lot of talk on both sides about Illinois H.B. 3653, which Governor J.B. Pritzker signed into law on February 22, 2021. Anne Stava-Murray (IL-81), Regina Brent and Paul Scott from Unity Partnership, DuPage County Sheriff James Mendrick, and Naperville Police Chief Robert Marshall were panelists.
